Run the Triple 10 across every location.

The failure case, computed on your portfolio: each location, the compound, the fee and the payback point. No capture, no email. Just the arithmetic.

The instrument

Ten per cent is not a moonshot. It is the most conservative number in business. The plan aims for 10 per cent across every SX metric. Failure means only three of them land. This calculator shows you the failure case: three facets, 10 per cent each, compounded (1.1 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 1.331), across every location you run. Enter your numbers. The maths is yours, not ours.

The six SX metrics, in order: planning, engagement, enquiry, conversion, retention and operational excellence.

Step 1 · your portfolio

Two numbers. Estimates are fine.

Annual revenue across all locations, and how many locations you run. An even split is assumed until you set the real figures per location.

Try a profile:

The total above follows the sum of these rows while the split is on.

1.1 × 1.1 × 1.1 = 1.331. Three facets at 10 per cent compound to a third more, at every location, at once. The figure is arithmetic on your own numbers, not a forecast and not a promise.

Step 2 · the fee against the swing

What it costs. What it returns. When it pays back.

Engagements start at $7,500 a month. Multi-location transformations run $15,000 to $25,000 and up a month. The default below follows your location count; overtype it with the figure you expect.

The comparison counts the fee from month one and counts no swing until the 90-day deployment has run. Payback is the month the cumulative swing passes the cumulative fee. A commitment with conditions, never a guarantee: you give us permission to hold you accountable, you do the work, and the result follows the process.

See what your locations are leaving on the table. Then let us find the constraint that is holding it there.

One business at one location? Run the single-location Triple 10. Arithmetic on your own numbers. Not a forecast, not a promise. And before the call: do the multi-location Step Zero first, and bring it with you.
