What Step Zero is

A structured conversation with yourself.

Step Zero is not an application and it is not a sales form. It is a structured conversation with yourself: real questions about your direction, your foundations, your capacity for change, and the honesty that makes the work land. There are no trick questions and no scoring you cannot see. If something is too raw to write down, you write "not yet" and move on. That is useful too.

Most people finish in fifteen to twenty minutes. You keep what you wrote either way.

The form ends with a Change Budget, a score out of 40 across Time, Energy, Attention and Recovery. It is not a test you pass or fail. It tells us where to start, not whether to start.

Not a pitch. A mirror. You will hear what you said, what we noticed, and what we think it means. You will leave with more clarity about where you are and what is available to you, whether or not we work together. We may be the right people to walk with you. We may not. We may know someone who is. We will tell you honestly which one it is.
